In the silence of the night

I rest my soul

 in the beauty of the moonlight                   

I rest in the stillness and recreate my soul

Listening to my heartbeat within

And in that silence I can find myself

Feel myself

The essence that is me

Who I want to be

All that I can be

Remembering that all is possible

as long we have love

for ourselves
